All our products are made using universal standard sizes of cards. In an occasion where you are not satisfied with the product that you have received please do the following:

• Please replace the product into the packaging it arrived in.

• Email us within 48 hrs of receiving the product on info@plierdesigns.com with the following in the subject line "*Order no.*: Exchange/Refund"

• Upon receiving your email we will notify you of the steps that will be taken from then.

Please note:​

• Replacement will be initiated once we have received the product back and it is in the same condition as it was sent. 

• If in case you receive a product with defects please include pictures as attachments in the email.

• Replacement will be initiated within 7 working days.

• In case of exchange please try and return the product in the best possible condition.

Warranty:​

• All our products come with 2 years of warranty on production defects.

• productions defects include opened stitches or opened pasting of two panels.

• We do not cover water damage. However in case of water damage please DO NOT use any external drying appliance that sends out hot air. This will damage the leather. Please leave the water damaged piece outside in its natural folded form. Let the product dry completely and contact us for the next steps. We maybe able to condition the leather for you after it has completely dried.
